Whether you’ve learnt your chocolate making skills from Amy’s online Raw Chocolatier course, joined her live classes or learnt chocolate making elsewhere, this course will teach you all you need to know about making gorgeous Easter Eggs.
What you’ll able to do after taking this course…
Imagine…being able to make the eggs you see on this page for yourself and your family. Maybe even giving them away as gifts? There’s nothing quite like making your own chocolate, knowing every ingredient that went into them is of the highest quality.
After taking this short course, you’ll be able to make the chocolate Easter eggs you see on this page. It’s absolutely possible to do this at home, with Amy’s guidance.
Not only will you have the course to learn from, which shows every single step in detail – with Amy walking you through it – but you’ll also have access to Amy in the Community Forum. Here you can ask questions directly and even post pictures if you want to troubleshoot something specific.
Do I need any previous experience?
Can a beginner do this?
The course is designed in a way that means a little previous experience in working with homemade or store bought chocolate is ideal. It has been made with Amy’s current and previous chocolate students in mind, but you may have learnt some chocolate making from somewhere else, which is perfectly good.
If you have zero chocolate making experience you may want to check out the Raw Chocolate at Home course first. Level 1 of that course, plus this course will give you all of the skills you need to produce incredible chocolate.
This isn’t just about Easter
One of the brilliant things about this course is that you can apply the decorating and moulding techniques across the board in your chocolate making, be that bonbons or chocolate bars.
What will I need for this course?
Do I need to make my own chocolate from scratch?
We use homemade, stone ground chocolates throughout this course. Making your own chocolate from scratch isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and we get that. In that case, you can just as easily use couverture chocolate if you’re most interested in the egg making and decorating aspects of the course.
Natural colours for decorating
If you have not yet used naturally coloured cocoa butters to decorate your moulds, you’re in for a real treat! This alone will open up a whole new world of inspiration and creativity for you.
No complicated equipment needed
We don’t use special equipment in this course – like an airbrush – to apply the colours. So it’s simple enough for anyone to do at home. Get the kids involved too!

Sabrina Swayder
I just wanted to make chocolate so badly. My fascination with it beyond just loving the taste, was when I read about the mystical qualities of the raw fresh cacao straight from the pod.
Before The Raw Chocolatier course, I’d tried to make a few batches without knowing anything about tempering or right ingredients, which was frustrating and disheartening to say the least.
Finally I found The Raw Chocolatier online and wow… learning about tempering was like learning a hidden secret! Having the chocolate pop crisply out of the molds was so exciting!
