From small market stalls, to retail shops and all the way to retail production kitchens she has refined her expertise to a tee. Her relentless quest for perfection and desire to always learn and improve ensures innovative, yet practical solutions with business considerations at the heart of each decision. Everything from equipment, scalability, labour, cost of goods and supply chain are as present as the mastery of her unique desserts and chocolates.
