What you’ll learn…
Dipping
The most classic feature of Ferrero Rocher is the cripsy wafer layer, I have never been able to figure that out… until now. I’ve found the perfect way to replicate that texture, sweetness and crunch. Then we finish it to encase the crispness and create a rocky, beautiful finish. This is a new finishing technique that I have not taught before.
Trio of Rochers
‘Ferrero Rocher’
