In this 30 min free livestream class, I’ll show you how to make cocoa silk at home or work. After the class, you’ll receive a recording to keep forever as a tool to assist you in making the silk.

What Is Cocoa Silk
Silk is cocoa butter that is treated in such a way so as to entice beta crystals, which are the crystals we need present in our tempering. This product means that we don’t need to temper chocolate the old fashioned way and worry about it not forming the correct crystals. You simply add the crystals in and enjoy the process a little bit more.
How Do You Make Silk
This is what we’ll cover in depth in this class. I’ll go through the whole process of making and using silk to temper your chocolate. It’s super easy to make and use.
