Candied seeds and nuts

These Candied Seeds and Nuts are made with only 3 ingredients and you can mix up the nuts and seeds you use to your hearts delight.

With these being refined sugar free, you can pack them into your kids school boxes without a worry, add them to a bowl of ice cream, porridge or a smoothie bowl.

My favourite way to eat these is, of course, in chocolate! So head over to my post on making Chocolate Bark with candied seeds and nuts to check that out. Man, it’s so good!

Don’t fancy making it yourself but want to give it a taste? Grab some from my shop here.

Let’s get cracking on the recipe, it’s so easy! Click here for a step by step video on how these are made.
